Remember

I don't have a typical breezy post today; just wouldn't be appropriate. The flag would have been flying at half-mast today at my workplace (which, as I mentioned in yesterday's post, is a military office) but I couldn't get a picture of it because I was telecommuting. And while I do have a flag – from my father's casket, because he was a WWII veteran – I don't own a flagpole to fly it from.

So I'll have to settle for flying the flag at half-mast here on my blog, in memory of those who died eight years ago today. May they and their loved ones have peace.
